Conditions of information transfer

I give my consent Mokrouse groats plant to the processing of my personal data specified in the application by any means, including third parties, including reproduction, electronic copying, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, as well as the above processing of my other personal data obtained as a result of their processing in order to:

• identification of a party in the framework of agreements and contracts;
• the provision of services to the User, including for the purpose of receiving targeted advertising by the User;
• verification, research and analysis of such data, allowing to maintain and improve the services and sections of the Site, as well as to develop new services and sections of the Site;
• conducting statistical and other studies based on anonymized data;

sending electronic messages to the user according to the contact details indicated in the application.
By registering on the Site and using the Site and Services, I consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with these conditions.

This consent was given for a period of 15 years, and in the event of its withdrawal, the processing of my personal data should be stopped by Mokrouse groats plant and / or by third parties and the data should be destroyed subject to termination of the existing Service Agreements and full repayment of the debt under the Agreements.

Mokrouse groats plant is entitled to use the information provided, including personal data, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation (including in order to prevent and / or suppress illegal and / or illegal actions of Users). Information provided by the User may be disclosed only in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation at the request of the court, law enforcement agencies, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
